Mountain huts and Michelin stars

Nestled in the heart of northern Italy’s Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage site, South Tyrol is a gourmet's paradise. With over 1,000km of perfectly prepared slopes and more than 300 days of sunshine a year, it is the perfect place to experience the area’s unique combination of Alpine and Mediterranean cuisine, both on and off the slopes. Which means you can eat, drink and watch the world go by, wherever your taste buds take you.
